Important: Service Fee & Policy
To ensure full transparency, please read the following terms regarding the cost and duration of your service:
- Service Scope: The quoted fee for diagnosis, inspection, or a fixed package is for labor related to fault-finding and software/configuration maintenance only. It expressly excludes the cost of any replacement hardware, new software licenses, or specialized third-party services (e.g., data recovery lab work). These additional costs will be quoted separately and require your prior, written approval.
- Duration & Overtime Billing: The pre-booked fee covers the first hour (60 minutes) of on-site service. Any time exceeding the first hour will be billed in 15-minute increments (rounded up to the nearest quarter hour).
- Extension Policy: While we aim to complete the service in the initial booked slot, extensions beyond the scheduled time are only possible if the technician’s subsequent appointment slot is free. If immediate extension is not feasible, the technician will stop work, and a follow-up visit will be scheduled at the earliest available time to minimize your waiting time.
- Data Liability Disclaimer: Client is responsible for backing up all critical data prior to service. All Round Tech is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or privacy breaches that may occur during or after the service, regardless of the cause.
- Service Guarantee/Warranty: We provide a 14-day labor warranty on the specific issue repaired during this visit. If the exact same issue recurs within this period, we will revisit and resolve it free of charge. This warranty does not cover new issues, failures caused by external factors (e.g., power surges, user error), or hardware that fails outside of the scope of the repair.
