To provide SRE-grade ICT support, we collect minimal but necessary information:

  • Identity & Contact Name, email, phone number, and service address provided via booking.
  • Technical Context Brief descriptions of your current hardware, network issues, or smart home goals.

Zero-Knowledge Protocol

Your digital security is our primary concern. We adhere to strict internal protocols:

  • 🔒 No Password Storage: We do NOT store your Wi-Fi, Router, or ISP credentials in any permanent database. We help you configure them and then "forget" them.
  • 🔒 Network Documentation: Any network diagrams or configuration backups created for your support are stored in encrypted, multi-factor authenticated environments.

02. Data Sovereignty & Infrastructure

Unlike many modern service providers who rely on third-party cloud platforms (SaaS), All Round Tech operates its own private, end-to-end encrypted infrastructure.

In-House Data Custody

All information collected during the booking and consultation process—including your contact details, service history, and technical requirements—is stored exclusively on our private servers. We do not utilize third-party CRM or scheduling databases, ensuring your data never leaves our direct control.

Localized Processing

Our internal workflow automations are executed within a sandboxed, self-hosted environment. This means your service logic is processed locally, eliminating the risk of data exposure to external automation vendors or middleware.

Standard Financial Protocols

The only exception to our in-house hosting is the payment phase. For your security, all financial transactions are processed via Stripe or PayPal's industry-standard secure gateways. All Round Tech never sees, processes, or stores your credit card or banking credentials.

03. Compliance

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. You have the right to request access to your personal information, or ask for your data to be corrected or deleted from our automated systems at any time.
