01. Booking & Service Fees

Remote Support

$30

Instant technical assistance via remote access for software, configuration, or troubleshooting.

On-site Survey

$50

Physical inspection of your premises for network design, smart home planning, or hardware assessment.

The "All Round" Credit Policy

We value your commitment to professional infrastructure. To ensure the best value for our clients:

  • The $30 Remote Support or $50 On-site Survey fee is considered a Pre-paid Deposit.
  • Full Credit: If you proceed with any subsequent service or project resulting from the initial consultation, the full amount paid ($30/$50) will be credited back on your final invoice.
  • If no further services are booked, the fee covers the professional time and expert advice provided during the initial session and is non-refundable.
  • Quick Fixes: For On-site Surveys, if the resolution requires only minor adjustments or configuration taking less than 30 minutes, no further labor fees will be applied beyond the initial $50 deposit.

02. Hardware & Labor

  • Hardware Costs: All prices quoted for "Design" or "Survey" exclude the cost of physical hardware (Routers, APs, etc.) unless specified.
  • Labor Warranty: We provide a 3-month workmanship warranty on all professional installations.
  • Hardware Warranty: All hardware components supplied by All Round Tech are covered strictly by the Original Manufacturer’s or Vendor’s Warranty Terms.

03. Client Obligations

Adult Supervision: A person aged 18 or older must be on-site at all times during an On-site Survey or Service. If no adult is present upon arrival, the appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.

04. Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ask for the same in return. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
